Robin (Linde) Steegman is a performance-maker/programmer focussed on site-specific and site-responsive work that takes place in different spaces, allows audiences an intimate theatrical experience, and reaches audiences that would not typically go to the theatre.
We believe in the importance of storytelling.
We aim to work with emerging writers, directors and actors to create new contemporary plays, films, performances and monologues.
Robin Linde Productions has recently produced her third short film.
Our caravan is available to hire for specific events and performances.
Please email us for inquiries.

Aside from acting and producing she works with Artesc as a trainer for The Art of Presenting Science course (PhD students @ UCL, Imperial College, CWI Amsterdam, Nyenrode Business School, TU Delft, TU Eindhoven, Radboud University) and hosts theatre workshops at Buitenkunst nearly every summer.

2017 high lights include The Caravan Shorts at Vault Festival in the February + in May during MERGE Festival, The Slapstick Sports day at Borough Market, Time To Be Late during MERGE Festival, the private screening of our short film BROKEN MEATS at Curzon Soho, the trailer for Terry’s Tea SE1, our return to Rye Arts Festival with The Caravan Theatre and The Caravantomime project, commissioned by Bankside, SE1.
In September 2016, we travelled to South Korea with co producer Hannah Tookey to research the use and effectiveness of digital media in theatre productions. This trip was supported by the Artists’ International Development Fund.
February we relaunched the caravan at Vault Festival with: THE CARAVAN SHORTS. Thee weeks of new plays especially written for Vault Festival. Special thanks to Sofi Lee-Henson for her design and Straylight Press & Tean Roberts for their support.
In March 2016 we staged Aled Pedrick’s new play ON THE LINE in various working men’s clubs and community spaces around London, including Ivy House Nunhead and The Arcola bar. Directed by Yasmeen Arden.
In 2015 The CARAVAN THEATRE was founded, starting with a season of  SUMMER SHORTS. Six weeks of six different plays in the caravan theatre, created by artist Rosa Sijben and designer May-Britt Boekel, that was hosted by Borough Market.
For SUMMER SHORTS we collaborated with with ethical t-shirt company BOOM DONE SHOP.
Also during the summer 2015 we created SOPHOCLES 497/496 – 2015 at Bold Tendencies in Peckham:
A series of monologues where commissioned writers used Sophocles monologues as a launch pad for newly written pieces. Both old and new were performed.
Aside from that Robin Linde Productions collaborates and joins in as an associate on various projects we believe in and want to support.
We are always curious to hear about new ideas, projects and read scripts for potential collaborations
